Retreat Information and how to Register

Enjoy a 3 day get away in the convention center at the beautiful World Golf Village Renaissance by Marriott in St. Augustine on October 4-6, 2024.

Our retreat will be held in the Legends Ballroom where you will enjoy your own table. Power will be provided. And of course, no Crafty Girl Retreat would be complete without door prizes, games and most of all lots of FUN!

The Crop Fee for the retreat is $175.00.

The Renaissance has two room types – two double beds or one king bed. The registration link does not allow you to pick which room type you want. Please put which room type you prefer in the notes on your reservation. The hotel will try to accommodate your request, but room types are not guaranteed. The negotiated rate for the event is $150/night plus taxes. Once your event fee is received, the link will be provided to you to make your hotel reservation. You must make your reservation by July 27, 2024 to get the special room rate. Complimentary self-parking and Wi-Fi will be provided. (Meals are not included.)

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation for the October 2024 Retreat must be received by July 27, 2024 after which all payments become final.

• To make our retreats available, we have to make contractual agreements with the Event Location for the size of space required to hold our events. With many reasons for cancellations, The Scrapbook Studio is not able to determine that one reason is more valid than another. For these reasons, we will strictly adhere to the cancellation policy below to be fair and consistent with all our customers.
• In the event that you need to cancel your registration, your request must be received in writing either by e-mail or mail. The date we receive the email or the post mark on a written cancellation is the actual cancellation date.
• The only exception to this policy after the cancellation deadline is if, and only if, we can resell your seat in advance of the event. There is no guarantee your seat can be resold. Under this exception a refund will be issued only after we have received full payment from the new attendee.

Disclaimer

With your attendance, you hereby release The Crafty Girls Studio, LLC, its sponsors, its officers, agents and associates and the event facility of all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from your attendance at the crop, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries, to me or my invitees. Neither The Crafty Girls Studio, LLC nor its associates shall be under any liability for any failure to perform any of their obligations hereunder. Neither The Crafty Girls Studio, LLC nor its associates shall be responsible for lost or stolen goods.
