About the Retreat

Enjoy a 3 day get-away to the wonderful Aloft/Element International Drive – Marriott (near Sea World). Our retreat will be held in the Meeting Rooms at the Aloft. You will enjoy your own 6 foot table. Power will be provided to all tables. And of course, no Crafty Girl Retreat would be complete without door prizes, games and most of all lots of FUN!

The Crop Fee for the retreat is $175.00.

The rooms will be in The Element with a room type of two queen beds. The negotiated rate for the event is $135 / night (plus taxes). Room reservations will be made directly with the hotel. Details for making reservations will be shared with each individual as their crop fee is paid.

Free continental and hot breakfast options are included with your Element hotel reservation. No other meals are included. There are a variety of restaurants nearby allowing your dining choices to fit any budget. There is one lounge in the Aloft that serves food as well.

Registration Is Closed

Online registration for the May 2024 Crafty Girls Retreat is now closed. We are working with the hotel on the space configuration. If you are interested in attending, please contact the store at (352) 508-5367 to determine final availability.


Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation for the May 2024 Retreat must be received by March 14, 2024. All payments become final and non-refundable as of March 15, 2024.

  • To make our retreats available, we have to make contractual agreements with the Event Location for the size of space required to hold our events. With many reasons for cancellations, The Scrapbook Studio is not able to determine that one reason is more valid than another. For these reasons, we will strictly adhere to the cancellation policy below to be fair and consistent with all our customers.
  • In the event that you need to cancel your registration, your request must be received in writing either by e-mail or mail. The date we receive the email or the post mark on a written cancellation is the actual cancellation date.
  • The only exception to this policy after the cancellation deadline is if, and only if, we can resell your seat in advance of the event. There is no guarantee your seat can be resold. Under this exception a refund will be issued only after we have received full payment from the new attendee.
